Worst service ever

I’m being offered a discount to write this review. I ordered a couple of items a month ago and they haven’t arrived. Customer service takes days at a time to respond to you and is rude when they do. They said there was nothing they could do about the missing package and I had to file a report with USPS. When I contacted USPS they said they hadn’t even received the package from the shipper yet so I can’t file a report for a missing package until it’s actually in their possession. When I relayed this to customer service and asked for a refund since I obviously wasn’t going to get what I ordered, they went radio silent.
