has not shipped. been two weeks
It's hard to write a review on an order that hasn't shipped. Label was printed Dec6th and now it's the 22nd and UPS hasn't picked it up from the shipping facility. I would appreciate being contacted by an actual person regarding this order. this is not my first inquiry. the last msg was never responded to.
