We make your order in 3 business days, and shipping then takes 5 to 7 business days. Personalized orders need lead time, so the earlier you ask, the more options you have.
Shipping is free within the US on orders over $100, which a bulk order clears easily. Orders going outside the US are charged shipping at checkout. Your quote states the cost either way.
Order by October 10. Vet Tech Week runs October 18 to 24, and October 10 is our cut off for bulk orders for that week. If you are already past it, ask anyway and we will tell you what is still possible.
We quote every bulk order by hand instead of publishing a table, because on some products we can be a lot more generous than on others. Tell us the products and the team size and we come back with a number. Five units is where it starts.
Yes. Send us the file and we will place it, printed or embroidered depending on the product. If a logo will not sit well on something you picked, we will say so before you commit.
Always. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof.
Yes. Most clinic orders do. Send the size breakdown with your request and we will build it into one order.
Tell us. If a product does not meet the standard we promised, we will replace it. Personalized items cannot be resold, so we cannot take those back for a change of mind, but a quality problem is ours to fix. The full policy is on our exchanges and returns page.
