Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be 100% Satisfied 
Every item you order at I Love Veterinary is printed for you, on-demand by hand. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. We can't put returned items back on our warehouse shelves, and we don't resell them. However, we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.

Damaged or Defect Products: 
Sometimes our products can break during transport or in some cases it happens that our quality control misses some production flaw. We are all humans and mistakes happen and we are sorry for that. Just send us a photo of the defect of the product and we will send you an exchange or refund ASAP. 

Size Exchange

Simply return your product within 30 days of receiving your order if the size doesn't fit.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the costs for returning the product to the address we provide once you inform us that you want to return the product.
We can offer you the following return options:

  • Exchange for a new Product
    Receive replacement product
  • Store Credit
    Store credit of the total purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t personalize the product.
  • For bulk orders (more than 5 products per order) we can only accept up to 3 returned items.

General dissatisfaction
Customers sometimes receive an item that is not as they expected it to look. This can happen due to the difference of the colors on the digital screen and the colors in person. Or, the quality of the material is not what they expected. Or even sometimes the print quality can be unsatisfying for someone. 
Please let us know about your dissatisfaction and the reason for it and we will try to do anything we can to resolve the issue. Please read the product information carefully, so you will know what to expect. If you are not sure about something, you can contact us before making a purchase.  

  • In cases of general dissatisfaction we don't issue refunds.
  • In cases of personalized products, we don't accept returns and don't issue refunds.
  • We can agree to issue store credit in value of 100% of the unsatisfactory product price if you return the product.
  • Please note that you are responsible for covering the costs for returning the product to the address we provide once you inform us that you want to return the product. 
  • For bulk orders (more than 5 products per order) we can only accept up to 3 returned items.
