I am sorry to hear the order has not yet been received. I do see the order was placed with our International Standard shipping option. With this shipping option, tracking is not available and the estimated delivery can take up to 30 business days.
The International Shipping method has final delivery by the destination post office. FedEx will pick up the order from our facility and route the order through to the destination country, but final delivery is made by the destination country. The FedEx tracking assigned to the package will have limited updates with the package leaving the US, but since this shipping method is not delivered by FedEx full tracking is not available.
For these orders, a Customs Number is assigned to the order, so the customer can utilize the Customs Number, to inquire with their local customs and post office about the delivery. I will ask our production team about the customs number for your order and send you an additional email.
Please note that the email you received for leaving us feedback and reply is an automated email that is sent after 2 weeks from purchase. However, international orders are not delivered within that time and I am sorry for the confusion.
