I purchased this item as a gift for someone who graduated from veterinarian school. She LOVED them. Said they fit like a glove. Not sure about anything else. My only "complaint" is the shipping and communication surrounding the shipping. I ordered these more than a month before I needed to receive them. I indicated on the order that they were a gift and included a gift message and asked for a gift receipt. I was charged for "express" shipping. The shoes arrived mere days before the event---i.e. 30 days after being ordered, had no paperwork whatsoever in the box/package let alone a gift message or receipt. Fortunately, they fit and we didn't have to experience the embarrassment of having to exchange them.
