Every item is made after you order it, so production comes first and shipping after. Both are published in full on our shipping page. For a clinic order, tell us your date in the quote request.
No. Once your name or your clinic logo is on it we cannot resell it, so personalized orders are final. Everything else is covered by our returns policy.
We do one size exchange, up or down. The replacement item is free and you cover the postage back to us. The full rules are in the refund policy.
