I never received the candle. Still waiting for it to come in

The idea is really cute and we bought this as part of a gift for our vet at the clinic I work for. The item was very poorly packaged. It was in a box with no padding and then thrown in a bag for shipping. The lid was dented in multiple places and the box was also damaged. I had to repackage it in order to gift it. If it had been packed better I would have given 5 stars. It's a very cute candle but the packaging was really poor and I'm surprised it didn't break.
